2 Slices of whole grain bread
- Butter both slices of the whole grain bread on one side.
- On the opposite side of the Bread spread cranberry sauce on one slice and cream cheese on the other. This will be the inside part of your sandwich.
- Evenly layer the spinach and turkey and place the sandwich (butter side down) onto a non-stick pan.
- Cook on low heat until the side face down is golden. Flip and cook the other side until it is also golden brown.
