Recipe of the Week: Leftover Turkey Sandwich



2 Slices of whole grain bread

Sliced Turkey

Cranberry Sauce

Cream Cheese




  1. Butter both slices of the whole grain bread on one side.
  2. On the opposite side of the Bread spread cranberry sauce on one slice and cream cheese on the other. This will be the inside part of your sandwich.
  3. Evenly layer the spinach and turkey and place the sandwich (butter side down) onto a non-stick pan.
  4. Cook on low heat until the side face down is golden. Flip and cook the other side until it is also golden brown.
