Recipe of the Week: Banana Pancakes

1 Banana
2 Eggs
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1Tsp Vanilla
Fresh Berries (Optional)
Using a hand mixer or blender mix the banana and two eggs until smooth. Add in the baking powder, nutmeg and vanilla.
Over medium Low heat pour batter into a not stick skillet. Cook until bubbles start to form on top, then flip. Continue this step until you have used up the batter.
Top pancakes with Fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
