Recipe of the Week: 5 Ingredient Healthy Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients:

2 Ripped Bananas

1/2 All Natural Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Honey

2 Cups Cooked Quinoa

1 Cup Rolled Oats

Optional Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Strawberries

1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a Large Bowl mash the bananas.
  2. Mix in Peanut butter and Honey.
  3. Add Quinoa and Honey.
  4. Spoon dough onto a prepared baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
